"The process of ordering is clunky and unsatisfying overall, from finding what product you want to submitting your artwork, the whole process is not great. But the real problems start AFTER placing the order. The biggest issue we have with Marco Promos BY FAR is the harassment. They absolutely will not stop emailing you to try to make you re-order even if the product you previously ordered was DISCONTINUED and literally can't be reordered. It never ends. Every month or two, another email asking us to order something from two years ago. I've spoken with half a dozen of their representatives and employees and begged them to stop, I've explained that legally it constitutes harassment to continue spamming me after I've formally asked them to stop, it doesn't matter to them at all. All they care about is the possibility of getting another sale off you, and they will drown your inbox in trash to get it. If you do place an order, use a burner email, under no circumstances should you ever EVER give them your real email address, because it'll never be safe again."
