"One of the worst setups ever, fraudsters and cheats. Bought some Dussehri mangoes which turned out to be rotten from inside. Had to chase them for a refund and they finally sent a refund check over the Christmas break when I was away and by the time I came back and deposited the check, they told me that the check was made valid for only 15 days and I can't get the refund. "

"Have been buying from mangozz.com for the last six years- very honest folks. These guys are mango fanatics- know the fruit like no one else I know.
They process refunds at year end and I have had no problem in getting them- once I moved, they chased me out to give my refund. I have taken their
season pass- sometimes crop quality is poor, sometimes schedule gets changed, but overall everything is wonderful.
I have tasted more mango types through them than I knew existed. Good bless them for providing this unique service!! Will bring this review to their

"I wish there was a way to flag this guy. I saw a few complaints regarding bad product. Let's not even go there. I ordered 2 dozen at 200+ dollars based on a collegue who bought from here. This guy completed partial order and now just keeps reasons for " not" giving my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. It is hard to believe people doing this in this day and age."

"Very unprofessional setup. Highly overpriced mangoes and very bad quality. Ordered Alphonso mangoes from them and received one shipment in which out of 2 dozen mangoes only 3 were fit for consumption the rest of them were rotten. I cancelled the rest of my order 3 shipments. This is back in April and I am yet to receive a refund from them. Every time I give them a call I am told that my check will be mailed out in 2 weeks time. "

"Stay away from these guys. I ordered a box of 6 Alphonso mangoes, which shipped came to $48. That's a whopping $8 a mango. 2 mangoes which were clearly green and different from others were diseased/rotten. I will try to upload a picture here. 33% failure.
Called those guys up and the person on phone gave me an email address to send some pictures and complaints. Did that a week ago and there has been NO RESPONSE whatsoever. You would think after shelling out so much money you would get some customer service, but you are mistaken.
So do yourself a favor and go to a reputed Indian grocery store near you in the mango season and buy your mangoes from there."
