"Out of 12 mangoes 8 were bad !!"
"I ordered 12 mangoes from them for a 100 dollars. All of them came rotten - black on the outside and inside. I spoke to them and they asked me to send pictures. I took some pictures of intact mangoes and some cup up mangoes (which were black inside). I called them multiple times but they hung up on me. They also did not reply to multiple emails and refused to give a refund. HORRIBLE people for conning people like this. If they were a reputable company they would have not only given a refund but would have also sent a fresh box of mangoes for all the inconvenience they caused. Rude and horrible people. They think we have all the time in the world to keep calling them and emailing them. I hope they rot like their mangoes."
"The policy sent with the mangoes says to send a picture of the spoiled mangoes and they will refund.
2 mangoes out of 12 were bad. At 100$ a dozen and 30$ shipping that is very disappointing. Repeated attempts to contact them for a refund received no responses. The remaining mangoes tasted good bit were small."

This year wasn’t the case but Jaidev is trying his best to do the needful!
Jaidev has always replied to all the queries in a timely manner and is trying very hard to ship the best fruit !

"These guys are pricey and full of cr*p. The mangoes are raw when they arrive and get spoiled within 2 days. We got a dozen mangoes, but could enjoy only couple of them. The stores have stopped using them and maybe we should as well.
Mailed their customer support about receiving only "11 in a dozen" and what he told us didn't make any grammatical sense. My second email didn't get a response."
"I ordered a dozen alphonso mangoes recently, on the website they claim that 12 mangoes large pack will come in 6 to 8 lbs, however what I got is 15 ounces not even a pound miniature mangoes which are sent from California. Half of them were rotten. The cost was too high as if you are buying mangoes from a bonsai tree"
"Very high priced when shipping is included. I ordered a particular variety in a large box. Got a box with a different variety included.
1/3rd were rotting and the others were overripe. Contacted them with no satisfactory resolution even after going back and forth.
I paid top dollar and get a shoddy product. Avoid them as they lack ethics.

"Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a small box of Chausa mangoes, it cost me $40, they charged me $15 for shipping, and on top of that I had to pay $3 at the time of delivery!!! Only received 3 mangoes for the total amount of $ 58, one of them was completely rotten, the other two were so bad in taste. I place the order on 7/4/15 received the order almost in 3 weeks (17 days) on 7/21/14 & there website says " get the mangoes in 7 days", such a crapy service, stay away from this website!!! (P.S. USPS told me that mangozz paid only $11 for shipping & they charged me $15, that why I had to pay $3 at delivery, they even made money from shipping, such a shame!!!)"
"Never think to buy from this website. I feel they do not buy it properly and all mangoes are chemically treated. All seeds looks dark which I never show in India. The Mangos become black after two to three days. I will never recommend this website to anybody. We complain about the same, and the dealer send us one more box of rotten fruit. They charge such a high amount, but has no respect for the customer expectation. Please let me know if you want me to share the pictures"
"This is my second year ordering a box of 12 & I don't have any complaints. It's a decent size mango & the quality is pretty good. It's a perishable product so there is a good chance all of them may not turn out perfect. I'm just happy to be enjoying my favorite fruit far away from home. "
