"Ordered a part that was out of stock that the website said was in stock. There was a lack of communication about the status of my order and refund that was frustrating.
It's clear the owner tries hard and cares a lot about his business, I just would have liked to have been kept in the loop about what was going on with my order. "
"I bought a hood from them for 2015 gmc hd i painted the hood when it came time to install it the hood would'nt line up it came warped its fiber glass so it doesnt have play since i painted it they said they coulnt do noting about it i told it came warped from the get go what does paint have to do with being warped $800.00 down the drain"

"Placed and paid for my order. 2 days later they email me saying they cannot ship my item, "CORSA discontinued these parts". (CORSA is still in business and other sites offer the exact same item for sale).
Replies to their no-ship email about my refund are getting bounced back. I'm going to end up escalating my complaint thru PayPal for my money. A total headache.

"I ordered a part . Called them the same day to verify shipping times . I was told on 8-23-16 that it would be two to three days before my item shipped. I finally got ahold of the manufacturer who made the part ,today 8-29-16. ( still haven't heard back from lmp after several emails phone calls and messages). They tell me " they just got an order for my item today" it will be a couple of days before they ship it . This is a disgrace. I order parts all the time for customers and can guarantee next day or two day on parts. And presto , they arrive. I don't know how these people stay in business. If my order does not show up or if I don't get my shipment by 9-1-16 . I will be getting my $$ back . Package to arrive Friday. Once it arrives on time , I will delete and edit this post"

ordered SLP axlebacks for my 2010 corvette on MAY 9th.... here we are June 4th still no parts, this lousy company doesn't to call you back, email back NOTHING!!!!!!! Save your time and hard earned money and order from somewhere else. Even if you talk to a rep and he says he will call you back, dont hold your breath because its been about 12 days. I would rather pay 200 or 300 extra dollars to a company that stands by its motto of fast easy delivery. Reading other peoples review is spot on with my situation. Terrible company evidently ran by a bunch of monkeys. The cheaper cost of the parts DO NOT OUTWEIGH THE HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATION DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!"
"Very poor communication and customer service skills.I ordered an exhaust system on 4/27. LMPerformance immediately charged my card. The email notification I received from them stated that I would receive an update on my order within 48 hours. As of today 5/1 no such update. I inquired about my order on 4/29, 4/30 and today 5/1. Only when I sent an email requesting my order be cancelled (if it had not been shipped) did I hear back from them (tried calling also). It is obvious that they were upset due to my cancellation from the content of the email they sent back. Needless to say I will be taking my business back to their competitor."

"I received a mismatched Spec clutch from them and their customer service sucked. They demanded that I take pictures of their junk before I was permitted to ship it back...at my own expense. I informed them that I needed a refund because I couldn't wait 3 weeks for another clutch. No refund, but 3 weeks later they ship me, without warning, another clutch. I demanded a shipping label to return it, and couldn't get one until I turned it over to the credit company. Three months later and I'm still fighting them for the refund. They claimed they hadn't received it. UPS says otherwise. They are either really stupid, or crooked."

I found the flow master exhaust I was looking for on their site at the same price as other sites, but lmp offered a 10% off coupon. So I took a chance on them.
