"The only issue we ran into with the exhaust system is the spherical clamp / v-band. The instructions say to reuse it, but there was no chance we could reuse it as it was all rusted out. You’d think when spending $1100 on an exhaust system you wouldn’t have to reuse anything. Other than that, LMPerformance shipped my order quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again."

"I had to order 2 different parts that had to be shipped to an international shipping company to reach me in the Caribbean. Wonderful service and the team was attentive. I ordered two similar parts with small differences and they even called me to warn me that I had ordered the same part, over concern. cat back exhaust from these guys for my 99 Jeep cherokee. It took them a week to get it to me. I installed it easily went to start it and than was sad. Sounds like a lexus now instead of a Jeep. Quite sad because they have a video with a blue cherokee that makes the exhuast sound super loud. Well it's the opposite of loud. Now I gotta take all this off and try something else."
"I purchased a competition clutch kit for $270+ after taxes for my 2007 Acura TSX, stated here: https://www.lmperformance.com/794828/8036-2400-competition-clutch-stage-1-gravity-clutch-kit-acura-tsx-24l-k24.html on LMPerformance that it would fit my car. After trying to put the clutch on my flywheel, it did not line up with the dowels. I contacted competition clutch manufacturing to confirm if it will fit my 2007 Acura TSX, they confirmed it did not make a stage 1 or stage 4 clutch kit. LMPerformance had it advertised as Stage 1, but it is not made for my car. I boxed everything up as I received it and sent it back to return it. LMPerformance denied my return stating there were scratches on it, but I never bolted it up. I have to order the part from competition clutch directly to get it to fit my car. Basically, LMPermance denied my return when I never used the kit on top of the fact that they false advertised on their website. I lost $300 after paying shipping to sent it back to them. I will not be doing business with this company again. "
"I purchased a Twin disc clutch from these guys and found an incomplete throwout (clutch release) bearing in the box. It appears that a bearing is needed but zero information was provided with this SPEC clutch kit in relation to the mystery part. I tried twice to contact LM Performance via their online request form and wasted my time providing details including my order number so that it would be easy for them to respond. I surmise that they did not know the answer and thus decided to simply ignore me. I will NOT use this company again. "
