Floor Mats

"Recently bought a new Toyota Venza and it didn't have floor mats. Didn't realize it was an extra that we had to order. The dealership where we bought the car would have gotten them for me, but when I asked if there was a charge for them I never got a response. I found them on sale at Lewis. Got them within a week and they fit great. So it all worked out in the end."

Great Service at a Fair Price

"Purchased oil and parts on-line. Best price on autoparts.toyota.com in the wider Kansas City area even with shipping costs factored. Ordered Sunday and parts delivered by UPS on Tuesday. Parts were well packed ensuring heavier parts did not damage more delicate parts (superb job to whoever packed my order). Great Service all around. Will order here again if Lewis Toyota remains competitive. "

New Car Purchase

"I was met at the door early Monday morning, and was with my sales person Josh Smith in a short time.
Josh met all my needs, and answered all my questions even if he had to look up the answer to give me a reliable response.
By 02:00 PM I was on my way home in the new Toyota I had picked out.
Josh sat with my wife in the car to make sure she, and her phone were connected to the cars computer system properly. He made sure everything was operating correctly, and answered all her questions. She was very pleased with her new car, and the service she received.
The whole process was effortless, seamless, and at times pretty fun with Josh.

Shipping expensive

"I called Lewis Toyota about some retainer clips for the underside panel driver side. They told me they had 32 in stock. I drove 70 miles to pick them up and they had none. I had to order them over the Internet site for Lewis Toyota. The little clips were $12 for five and the shipping was $12 also they really didn’t weigh that much. I think they could easily ship them for five dollars via USPS. "

Disappointed with Lewis Toyota of Topeka auto parts service. Close to 3 month to send my parts

I like to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Lewis Toyota of Topeka auto parts service. I placed an order for close to $2000 worth of auto parts in November 2023 and, as of today, February 18, 2024, I am still waiting for the last part to arrive. This lengthy delay of 3 months would have been more tolerable had there been any form of communication from your end regarding the status of my order.
Throughout this entire period, I did not receive a single email, phone call, or text providing me with an update on when the parts would be shipped. I had to call in at least two or three occasions to get an update, which was not clear of when the part will be ready for shipment . just until last week, some one reached out to me asking me by email saying that he hopes that I have received all my parts; I believe that you should know if you have sent all the parts I order or not.
As a customer, communication is key, and the complete lack thereof in this situation together with a long time delay ,has left me extremely frustrated.
It is unacceptable to wait months for parts to be delivered, especially without any communication from your part. I will not be ordering any future parts from your dealership. This experience has been disappointing, to say the least, and has greatly impacted my perception of your auto parts service.

"Sales Dept was helpful in figuring the parts number, etc.
Parts were easy to find online. Toyota Dealer website (Lewis Toyota) was easy to navigate.
Toyota-Dealer sent emails invoice info, pickup info, and fast pickup at Lewis Toyota.
Online prices were competitive. Thank you!

Love the great deals on parts!

"I've been shopping with Lewis Toyota for at least a few years now and they've always been amazing about pricing, availability, and emailing me back with questions. The only unfortunate thing is that they updated the parts searching website a matter of months ago and it's not as easy as it used to be. You used to be able to pick parts off of the diagram that you wanted. But I just use a different service to get my part number then I look to Lewis Toyota of Topeka to ship it to me. They are awesome!"

"Ordered a part providing my VIN. The wrong part was sent. Made several calls and no one called back. At fourth call I asked for parts manager and some one finally answered. He said to send the part back for a credit and order the part again. So proving the VIN was totally useless. Now I’ll have to send the part back at my cost. Last time ordering parts from Lewis Toyota. "
