He said to send the part back for a credit and order the part again. So proving the VIN was totally useless. Now I’ll have to send the part back at my cost. Last time ordering parts from Lewis Toyota. "

"I Googled Black Friday Toyota sales looking for a couple TRD air filters for my Tundra. Lewis Toyota of Topeka was the only dealership I could find that offered the true 25% discount. The filters retail for $50 each. My local dealer, Kerry Toyota of Florence, KY offered them for $48.30 each...not the 25% off as in the Toyota add. I got both through Lewis for a total of $60.37. Since I live in the Greater Cincinnati area I checked the other neighboring Toyota dealerships only to find they also didn't honor the national Toyota sales campaign. So glad I stumbled upon Lewis Toyota."
