"I had some communication email problems with this company initially but eventually they worked themselves out. One of the problems turned out to be the post offices error and had nothing to do with them. Once I got the tracking information from them I was able to find the package at the post office. In the end they bent over backwards to make things right and I was really impressed with their personnel service and dedication, which is rare these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their ipod repaired after my experience."

"I had purchased a battery from them 2-3 years ago for my ipod video. I didn't have a clue as to old order numbers, exactly when I purchased, etc. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement battery (Even more mAh than before!). I had the new one in my hand within 2 days!!! They even followed up and made sure the new battery was working as it should. It is fantastic to deal with a company that goes so above and beyond to please a customer. There is no other source as far as I'm concerned, these folks rock! "

"I received my order 2 days after I ordered it, it came with clear instructions and now I have a brand new battery in my ipod. I wish I had known about this company before we threw away an older nano that had taken a few too many drops. Fast service and exactly what I needed. I will be using Milliamp LTD again!"

"Sirs,
Just wanted to let you know that I received the battery installation kit, and battery, for my 5th generation iPOD in VERY short order. Took about two days for delivery, EVEN with the holiday mail slowdown.
Installation instructions were very concise, and easy to understand and apply.
Getting the case open was a pain, but that was a given considering iPOD doesn't want the "average Joe" to be able to change the battery.
Replaced the battery and had the case back together in about 20 minutes.
The charge indicator showed that the battery was about 3/4 charged but, according to directions I plugged it into a wall charger anyway.
In about 20 minutes is showed on the screen that the battery was fully charged.
I took it off the charger, plugged in my headset, and started listening to music.
Previously, with the original battery, I could listen to about 4 hours of music before the unit would power off due to low battery charge.
I have charged the unit only the initial charge and listened to music about 4 hours the first day. About the same the next day, and another 6 hours or so yesterday.
The battery charge indicator shows that I still have about 1/4 charge on the battery.
On the original battery if I were to charge it today, leave it sit without using it at all tomorrow, the next day the battery would have drained completely down.
I am a VERY happy customer and will recommend your website, and products to anyone that asks.

"I am extremely pleased with this product -- and every aspect of my customer service experience.

I own a 5th Generation Video IPOD that required a new battery. I was admittedly reluctant to install a new battery myself until I watched the video posted to the ipodjuice.com website. It looked fairly easy, so I decided to give it a shot and placed an online order for a replacement battery. I received a shipping confirmation that evening, and I was amazed at how quickly I received the battery which was only 2 days after I ordered it.

The instructions provided were very clear and simple to follow. The tool that came with the kit made it easy to pry the IPOD open, and I was able to change the battery myself in less that 20 minutes!

Their product is an exceptional value compared to what Apple charges for battery replacement. So...thanks ipodjuice/Milliamp for providing such a great product and such great service!

"I have a love affair with a tiny pink Ipod Nano second generation. It was my first ipod and a gift from my son. I was very sad, last year when the click wheel stopped working. I went to Apple for repair and they offered me a swap. They would replace my device for 100 dollars with another refurbished one.
No dice. I love THIS ipod and it meant enough to me to look into other options to get it repaired. After searching on the internet for a few weeks, I found Ipodjuice. They took the time to diagnose and repair my ipod for much less money and I got MY own Ipod back not someone else's refurbished device.
Then, Just recently the click wheel malfunctioned again! I did not hesitate to send the device to Ipodjuice. They took it and looked up my previous repair. They fixed the click wheel again and only charged me for shipping, even though my repair request was a few days outside of the repair warranty. These folks kept me informed of every step via email. They involved me in the decisions about my repairs.
In my opinion, This company is the best repair service I have ever dealt with hands down. My IPoD is back and working like a new one. This company is simply outstanding.

"ipodjuice.com is a very good service. They were quick to respond to email correspondence, got my authorization for the service before starting the work, and completed the work in a timely manner. The price for replacing a part of my ipod was a good value also. Hopefully I won't need the service again, but if so, ipodjuice.com is where I will turn."

"i love this company! they fixed my 2G iphone's bum battery and sent me a complimentary battery pack to boot. the communication was fantastic, they were really speedy with the repair (i got my phone back less than a week from when i sent it off), and they gave me a credit for posting a link to their service on my blog. i was more than happy to do this, as the more people that know they can get their battery replaced instead of buying a new phone, the better! do not hesitate to send your iphone or ipod to these folks - they are first rate!"

"I appreciated the rapid response, but een more so, when I asked a question, I heard directly from the CEO, who monitored the customer Services progress.
My battery was perfect, the instructions VERY clear, with actual photos. The package came with free tools, and I had the old one removed, the new one installed in about 5 minutes. It only took 5 minutes because I was so interested in the insides of my iPod.
Everyone was friendly, and way up front about everything. I will not only buy from them again, I will send my friends and relatives.

"I sent in a horribly broken phone and just received a nearly new-looking one. Also, and most importantly to me, everyone that works over there was super helpful and extra nice. While I may have not been the most patient customer, I am truly thankful for this service and everyone that I encountered through the process.
