"Order did not go out twice, and once I finally got my order, the one out of 2 parts i needed didn't work. This cost me a lot of money and the customer was dissatisfied! I have learned to keep an eye to see if a tracking number is issued to confirm a order was sent.

I was a little unsure of how it would work so I called your number off the web site and spoke to Dwayne, and the owner Eddie, everyone was very helpful and friendly, and explained to me how the part would work. Ordered items 7 days ago and they never shipped. I talked to a gentleman who said the items were in stock but was not able to find out why the shipment didn't go out. Employee that ships doesn't work Fridays so I asked for a refund. I was then transferred to the supervisor and I was told a cheap sexist joke why my order didn't go out that the employee that ships "is a woman." Are you serious? Also informed I could get a refund if they found the order ticket possibly tomorrow (Saturday). I asked if they worked Saturdays and was told "sometimes". At this point I knew I was getting ripped off and was angry, swore,rude and hung up. "
