"We placed an order for fax machine toner cartridges. We like to keep enough on hand so we do not run out. We ordered 3 pieces in October 2011. We understand they have a return policy guidelines. But how were we suppose to know that the toner cartridges were broken. They come in a black polystyrene bag inside of a box. We called and they say that you should never order for more than 6 months. We ordered 3 used one we cannot wait until we run out to order more we have a lot of business that depends on our fax machine. Its not that these cartridges don't work they are completely broken."

"I was promised a return label and denied for defective chipped cartridges so they are gone for good when I may have been able to retrieve them unwillingly but after the deceit why and how would I know that it would be worth it at all, IF they have the chips within them they should work as all the other companies I purchase from buy your prices were better and I use a lot of them frequently but if this was bad batch and they sure were as the ink spilled on my hands on my desk on my computer keyboard on my printer on on my paper work on my phone and this never happens, so I had to throw them out and they are not retrievable unless I go to the city dump, I could have purchased the $2 ones without the chips and been better off, I will end the dispute with pay pal or my credit card associated with it. It is not cost effective nor would it been worth retrieving some or most of them and risking a horrible mess again and loosing the initial postage and the cost of the new postage and delivery confirmation and signature as I always use in these cases to end up with a small amount of refund and NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.. Does it make sense, Oh yes my cat has ink on her too jumping in the way of the spills..you can see i am not happy. I will end dispute with the appropriate company if I have some consideration for me and my trouble. And all will be well and satisfied unless these were defective and you have a new brand or better quality and this is an ongoing problem. After the lie about the return label and return postage since they are obviously no good or constructed incorrectly all around, there is no sense to deal with them. If a new item that will work and be more reliable I am wiling to try them and continue with your company. thanks again. very sorry in Boston.

"I ordered a toner cartridge on 5-7, on 5-14 I had still not received it. When I called customer service they didn't know whether it was out of stock or had been shipped. There was no tracking info though my credit card was charged on 5-10.

"I purchased a number of cartridges for a canon I850. Three of the yellow cartridges were contaminate with ink that seeped in from the darker cartridges. I contacted injetcartridge.com on two seperate ocassions. I received no response from my first contact and on the second contact I was told that it was not possible for ink to be sucked into another cartridge. I have two cartridges that are almost full that were originally yellow and are now blackish, must be some sort of black majic? At any rate the customer service rep said they would provide an RMA for me to return the cantaminated cartridges....still waiting. I believe the cartridges are of poor quality and do not properly seal when inserted into the printer."

"Beware that they advertise Inktec brand ink, but they may send you another cheapo brand. I even called before placing the order to confirm that the Canon ink cartridges I was ordering were indeed Inktec. But when I got it, it was G&G brand that you can buy elsewhere at half of their price.

When I returned for refund, they were tardy to credit my account. I have to write one letter and two emails to get them to do it. It was a hassle to keep track of it. When they did refund, they refused to refund prorated S&H cost."

"This is a good company do to business with. I've been putting off writing a review on them but I figured I more or less owed it to inkjectcartridge. I've had one or two minor things that could have gone better, one order arrived almost two weeks after ordering, also, I learned not to completely fill a cartridge...which I believe the instructions warned against. Nevertheless, their stuff works, unlike other refill products that I have tried. The refill cartridges are user friendly making a lot less possibility for ink going everywhere. I save tons of money with these guys. I just ordered seven refills for lexmark 65 printer. Cost me 24 bucks with shipping. That would have cost me close to $240 for new cartridges. "
