"I ordered a refurbished HP78 cartridge. Came but it did not work. I called. I had to pay for a replacement, but I would receive the credit when I return the defective item. Someone actually called to follow up! The replacement came with a pre-paid return shipping label and it worked. I returned the defective item, and received the proper credit. I am extremely impressed with the service. The mailing could be faster, but the cost is half that of a new HP cartridge that it is worth the wait. Highly recommended. "
