"They shipped my order partially. I don't really have a problem with order errors. They happen. But expecting a customer to pay to expedite the missing product? That's not a good customer service. They chose to take everything back (and pay for the shipping) than to expedite the missing part."

"I wouldn't ever buy from them. They sent my package to my old address because their system did not accept my new address and when I realized what had happened they said it was already gone and they wouldn't do anything to re route the package. They also promised that a signature was to be required to accept the package so if undeliverable it would be returned to them to resend. The courier simply dropped it off and the package was stolen. Their reply was to "stalk" the house and take the parcel from the porch like a common theif. I have been back and forth with them and they refuse to take ownership of their mistake. Furthermore, they continue to offer discounts on future purchases on products I will never need or use. The customer service agents will only offer stock customer lines and offer zero sympathy for the situation "

"Can you say false advertising? They show a picture of a brother OEM cartridge TN-450. This is not a brother product. It is some kind of crap from a third party. They think for some reason if they show a picture of a product you will not receive and then call it compatible, that covers them. For $19.95, I am not going to bother returning it. Just chuck it and purchase the OEM product. Should have know better, shame on me."

"I specifically ordered the type and model number for my printer. The cartridges do NOT fit no matter how I try to insert them. They will give a credit- which is useless since the cartridges do not fit my printer. They offer a refund if you return the cartridges but the postage almost negates the amount of your refund. After ordering these, I did not need them as soon as I thought, and therefore have had these cartridges unopened for awhile. But I will never be ordering from this company again. Tried to resell these on marketplace, but no one purchased because they probably realized they also would not fit their printer as the configured is different."

"I have been using these cartridges for a while. Unfortunately I began having a lot of issues lately. At least fifty percent of the cartridges need to be replaced. I am receiving replacements for the replacements that don't work. My printer doesn't recognize them at all. I use these for my home and business printers. It's very frustrating when I replace a cartridge in a printer that I need to print invoices from and it doesn't work. I can't wait 4 days to receive a replacement. So I think I am going to buy elsewhere and save myself a lot of trouble."

"I order ink December first. It is now December 14th. Two freaking weeks even with this pandemic that is out of line. Where did it come from China? "no tracking information provide at time of order. called them a week later to find out the item was backordered and they have not shipped the product. No communications the status what so ever until I contacted them. Meanwhile, my printer is out of ink. Will go else where next time."
