"Make sure to remove and reinstall this cartridge if you have any trouble with the quality before returning it. Mine didnt seem to print properly so I emailed them and they directed me to remove it and unplug my printer then plug it back in and re-install and now it works like a charm! I saved money and got a great product so I highly recommend this product and seller!"

"I purchased from InkCartridges.com because it was an affordable option. The print color quality was very very poor. I spoke with customer service and went through steps they said would help but received the same result. So, they said they would send replacement cartridges. The replaced black ink cartridge leaked out when I removed the pull tab, discoloring my fingers. I tried everything but the ink would not come off. I had discolored fingers for days until it completed faded. I spoke with customer service again to request a refund. It was stated the only way I could get a refund is if I paid for S&H to send the cartridges back, which I refused. Why should I have to pay for S&H for product that did not work. I will never order from InkCartridges.com ever again. If I could give zero stars I would."
