"I have only ordered once from these folks but they were one of the best on-line experiences I ever had. Very friendly and helpful staff before I ordered, quick ship, excellent (and expensive) cooler packaging, everything in stock. I had a problem with one product and they immediately offered, and sent, a replacement at no cost. Can't beat them in my book. I will re-order soon and do a follow-up.
BTW their Parmigiano Reggiano was rated number one by America's Test Kitchen TV show (a gourmet cooking show on PBS). It truly was excellent stuff and no more pricey then the local store version."

"Inventory not in real time. Don't count on getting everything in your order. We have finally given up on these guys. 10 days to even get your order out the door then when it arrives it's not even correct.
We have been using them for about 5 years and each year the service has gotten worse. We will not be using them in the future."
