"I ordered a charger with two batteries. The charger came; the batteries did not. The package showed no evidence of tampering (and it's one of those grey bags that you can't open without tearing it).
itrimming refused to send the batteries. They claimed the package had been weighed before shipment and contained the correct weight.
It was only $20, but I am very unimpressed.

"I ordered a few things with this order, and one item was completely wrong. Their mistake. My order was correct. I contacted them and they want me to ship it back to them at MY expense. Bad customer service. For the price of this item, they should just send me the correct one. If they had done that, I would buy from them again, but now I won't.
They also suggested that I put the item back in the package it came in and wrote 'return to sender' on it. That would get it back to them at no charge to me, but that's also MAIL FRAUD! I've seen a few other ratings of this company and their other company, eforcity, where people say the same thing. Bad children!"
"I ordered a Motorola leather cell phone case from these people and though I recieved it without any issues, it has literally fallen apart in less than 90 days. It was represented as a genuine Mototola part, but considering my last phone case lasted a year and a half, I am convinced this is a cheap imitation. Repeated attempts to get them to help me have all failed. Stay away from this company, they are frauds!!!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
I ordered a cell phone battery from them on ebay. The next day, I received an e-mail saying that they were out of stock and would refund my paypal account. They still sent it to me, after I had bought another battery, and refused to refund me! It has been over a month, I have returned the battery and have gotten no money back. I have filed a complaint with the LA Better Business Bureau - I hope they ultimately refund the charge.
As other users have noted, customer service is AWFUL and they reprimand you for calling them!"

"With an ebay user rating of positive 98%, I thought the negative feedback was just naysayers... I was wrong.
This is nothing more than a front for eForcity, and the reviews I've read there applies here.
I ordered a data cable for my cell phone. The description said it was a USB to Serial cable. Although it charges my phone, it does not communicate with it. Getting suspicious, I opened the circuit box and discovered that THERE WERE NO ELECTRONIC PARTS!! It is nothing more than a straight USB cable!
Their customer support stinks. I have sent multiple email messages, to which they reply with "just install the drivers." I told them drivers do not work unless you have the electronics in the cable.
It took 2 days to get a return phone call. Same story - the rep told me to install the drivers. When I explained what the deal was, he became rude, would not listen, and asked me to commit MAIL FRAUD by sealing everything up in the delivery envelope and write "return to sender" on it.
Bottom line is they fraudulently sold me a piece of junk, and they DO NOT stand behind their products. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company."
