the screen cosmetically was fine but the screen gets very distorted image every few days or so and i have to reboot the unit once or twice each time . total waste of money "

"I had two itouch 4th G with cracked screens. teenagers. sent them in for replacement glass, and that was not cheap. They came back 1 week later but the wifi did not now work on one of them. I sent it back and another week went by and it was returned in full working condition. I am not sure if my shipping was refunded. 6-8 months later the home button fails to work any longer on that twice repaired one, and i feel it might be related. A new itouch was purchased."

"The service cost was very reasonable!!!! I had a broken HTC cell phone touch screen. Their price was half of what others wanted to fix it. The screen they used was actually more responsive then the original. The service was fast, fast, fast!!!! Less than two weeks including shipping times.
