"yes I'd use them again-my item even with basic air airmail to England arrived in a week, sent about new years eve. Customer service was quick and spot on-possibly they did not realise, with foreign orders the declared value is suposed to be just the value of the shopping cart not the delivery. I shall fill the forms and hope for the best. The item was a lady antebellum CD and t-shirt, sent in a jiffy bag folded in 2. The box was a little squashed, nothing serious."

"I'm not impressed with the customer service.

I have called several times throughout their day, 1-***-***-****(INET). Of all the times I called, there have been no actual representative picking up the phone. Instead, the automated message responds 20 seconds later to instruct me to leave a number and email so they'll respond BY EMAIL. This is the first automated message in my recent memory that asked me to leave my EMAIL for them to contact me back.

My order has been canceled without proper and detailed explanation. I have several items in the order, and it seems like the whole order is canceled because some (if not all) of the products are "unavailable" for whatever reason provided.

These are the unsatisfactory reasons that generalized why they are "unable to fulfill the order." QUOTE:

"not in a condition as described in the listing" is a load of bull, and there are no TERMS & CONDITIONS for the consumer to read, and therefore no means of keeping them accountable. The cancelation came without exactly stating which product, or products, fell in that category for cancelation. There is nothing in there non-existent terms and conditions about how they will handle situations like these. This is a liability on their behalf.

Update Jan-10-2012:
iNetVideo customer service finally contacted me, after 4 days of this review. I understand that having to sift through so many review, it is not an easy task to respond in a timely fashion.

However, I have also sent an email through the iNetVideo "Contact Us" page, but instead they replied to me through ResellerRatings. However the means, their customer service has proven to me their good faith.

In doing so, I am removing some scathing portions of my earlier review, but I am leaving the portion that states the incident, and my dissatisfaction with the initial experience. I aim to evaluate the company in a fair manner, stating the situation, their efforts at mitigation of said issue, and customer satisfaction at the end of the whole experience.

I am changing it from a one-star to a three-star, with the big redeeming factor being the customer service. A reason why I would not go to a four-star is because I would have preferred them to contact me in a more timely fashion, as they responded to me 4 days after I have attempted to contact them by email and phone, and the time review was written.

The reason why I cannot give a five-star is because they do not have terms-and-conditions well laid out, as of 1/10/2012. As I have mentioned earlier, this could become their liability.

The company has great prices for many products. It has room to grow, and I do not have any malicious intent or ill-wishings to iNetVideo, even with a harsh review. I sincerely hope that by the time other readers come across this review, they would have a good terms-and-condition in place to protect the customer and to protect themselves.
