"I have a few problems with inetvideo.
1- Prices for DVDs on your website on Monday are this much. On Wednesday they are this much. On Friday they are this much. So by the time I place my order, obtain a money order and send it, your prices have fluctuated no less then four times. Thus the amount of the money order falls to be outdated. Now it shall remain to be seen how you are going to compensate me for this as this is second order I have put online. I mention this because there is a difference of about twelve to fifteen dollars that you shall owe me.
2- None of your movies; at least not within the one thousand dollars range that I have bought thus far, come with the ‘Regie du cinema du Quebec” sticker on them. Not that I care about the ‘Regie” but technically did you know that what you are doing is illegal in this province?
3- I place an order last Monday and I do not know where it is. You do not send a confirmation number that the order is sent or being processed nor do you render a confirmation number so that I can check it. Same thing for the order I placed this past Saturday.
4- I have finally solved the entire issue of being able to order online. This is partly due to Casey Kerr: an excellent employee that you have. It is also due to the sales manager: Morris Shipper. I was quite upset because it took me an hour to get to your store, about two hours (on a good day) to obtain my list of movies and an hour to get home. Last time I went to your store it took seven hours to get my list of movies – and I’m not going to repeat the time it takes to get to your store and for me to get home. Mr Shipper and I came to an understanding to simplify my life in ordering and delivery. Not only is there a video store downstairs but your store is in the same building and both of you are using the exact same cash register. The hitch (among others): I can place an order with your store but not with the other and one store shall deliver but not the other and one store I can put things in a box to buy later but in the other store I cannot do that.

"My first purchase with iNetVideo and it went perfectly. Order process was easy and secure with Paypal and the were shipped with Canada Post. Got a tracking number and was able to see my package go through the mailing process so I knew exactly when they'd be received. DVD's were exactly as ordered. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be using iNetVideo again."

I have to wonder if I just got a copy of an originial because all original Veggitale DVDs have introduction commercials and a menu for settings. Madame Blueberry did not have any of those options."
