"I have used iMed.com for awhile now, and have made several orders with them. The LONGEST it took me to get my items was 5 days (that's including a weekend). I did have one situation where it took almost 6 weeks to get 1 item, but that was because it was back-ordered (never mentioned that anywhere--no email, phone call and not even the invoice, which there's are the WORST EVER). However, I have recently placed an order with them on 12/29/11. I still have not received this, and it has items that I need 3 weeks ago. I have emailed them as per their request, and it says that someone will get back to you in 1-2 days. It's been 4 now. I also called them (2 different numbers), and get the same result...busy signal, voice mail box that is full, so routed to general mail box, left message, and STILL NO RETURN CALL OR EMAIL!! On the 2nd number I called, which is a toll free number and that I found on my CC statement from a previous order, I got the same run around. I even tried the PLACING A NEW ORDER option, and nobody answered. I was sent to voice mail and the box was full and I got routed to the GENERAL MAILBOX again!! I even tried sending in a second order of fewer items, to see if something different happened, and it shows "Pending Payment Authorization", no email or phone call that they had received this order or that they were awaiting payment authorization, which is CRAZY!! I have used the SAME payment info. with every order I have placed, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. I may just be looking for another online medical supplies provider, if this nonsense continues. I am not a patient person when I do business with a company for over a year, spending a great deal of money with them, and desperately needing my supplies, and all of the sudden the way the co. did business in the past has completely changed, turned upside down, etc. with no notification from the company. Yep! I'm fuming!!"

"Worst online purchase experience ever. The order took extremely long time to process. Processing the credit card payment took them more than one week and only after I sent request asking for canceling the order then they charged my credit card. After that my order was in "warehouse processing" status for more than a week. I have to sent another request and they finally shipped my order. And don't expect they send you any email even the order confirmation if you don't ask. Will never order from them again."

"I had never heard of imed until today when suddenly a charge for over $1000 appeared on my account. I tried contacting them and their phone system makes every attempt to try and route you to their webpage - it will not give you a human being after 5pm (and maybe not even before then, I don't know). There is nothing on their webpage that allows you to stop a fraudulent charge or order (attempting to do so requires an order number that obviously I do not have) and with no human customer service it seems impossible to resolve the situation in a timely manner. consequently, we have cancelled our bank cards and put a freeze on our account - which is inconvenient, to say the least. There is no excuse for failing to have a 24 hour human contact in this day and age. And clearly their vetting process for orders is lax. I would not do business with this company at all."

"I ordered some equipment for POCT from iMed and was surprised how much they had. I was very satisfied with the sped of shipping, considering it was ground shipping. I did, however, receive a couple wrong orders. After trying to contact someone for nearly a week, I have yet to get a response, and there are no contact numbers to speak with a person directly. This I am extremely dissatisfied with. It is definitely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Overall, for the price and shipping, they're fairly decent, but if you do order from them, hope that they don't mess up your order."
