"Although I am satisfied with the products that I purchase from Imed, I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer services lack of response, care and knowledge. I have sent in a few requests, once I did get a return call but individual was not helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was it. She said I should write in a request and the owners would get back to me. I did so and have not heard back from them?
They should rename the dept. No customer service.
