"My wife and I were looking for a specific style of mirror that is hard to find. We found it online with iFurn, and ordered it through their website.
The process was quick and easy, and iFurn was prompt in getting the free shipping process going on this piece.
Unfortunately, when the mirror arrived, its wooden frame was damaged in the shipment.
We contacted iFurn right away once we received it to ask what could be done. Dawn Baldridge on their customer support team was prompt and courteous about getting us a replacement shipped right away. She notified the manufacturer (who actually shipped the piece) that the replacement needed to be better protected, due to its delicate construction.
In a few days, the replacement arrived.
Unfortunately, the replacement mirror was also damaged - the supplier had failed to package it better. With only minor wear and tear to the box, the replacement mirror frame was broken in the same way.
We decided to give up on getting this particular mirror - the manufacturer was unable to give us what we hoped for (quality control / shipping), but that was absolutely no fault of iFurn.
In fact, their customer support, and Dawn in particular, was so great about working with us to get this resolved, that we have absolutely no problem recommending iFurn to others, and will give them another try for our next furniture purchase."

"I bought a Lane Recliner from the Ifurn website in April. When I got the chair it was in good working order except it seemed to be low on padding in more than one area. When I informed Ifurn they sent out a technition who re-stuffed the chair and made it comfortable again. I am very pleased with how Ifurn handled the problem I was having. They jumped into action and immediatly fixed everything! Thanks again William for your promp attention to my problem. You guys are great."
"All I have to say: is BEWARE their return policy. First, you only have 15 days. Second, I am paying a 50% restocking fee on items I never even opened. Their website reads:
Authorized returns will be credited in full less a minimum of 20% manufacturers restocking fee and shipping/handling to and from.
Watch out - a minimum of 20%, and up to 50%. Also, their "Exclusions and Exceptions to Return and Exchange Policy" is laughable. "
"DO NOT BUY HERE!!! i have ordered a 2 piece entertainment ceter. 2 of the 3 pieces are damaged. the items are MUCH darker than displayed in the website i.e. we wanted natural wood color we got dark cherry! not even close.
when explaining we dont want it due to false advert. we are explained that the damaged merch. is "buyers remorse". We must pay for the FREE shipping to us, the shipping back to manufacture and a min. of 20% restocking fee. This equates to more than we paid for the garbage we got!
AGAIN DO NOT BUY HERE!!! they ship large items via FedEx, who is not equiped with one guy to carry 150 odd pounds, no hydraulic lift in truck etc. Our items i imagine were just slammed everywhere.
Ifurn does not care, they will do anything to not take the furniture back!!!

"Ordered a Costa Brava Fountain, Google said it was $137.33 and their website said it was $137.33. We placed the order thinking that this was a very nice deal. In a few days after the order they called saying the price on the site was wrong and that they will need to charge us almost triple $350.13. When I called them they said well we have a disclaimer on our site that states "We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect posted on-line prices". That means that any price that htey have on their site could be wrong and they don't have to honor it. I call it "Bait and Switch" which as far as I know is Illegal.
Needless to say I canceled the order and will never shop there again."
"Stay away! This company does not stand behind it's products!
I ordered an ottoman that was a zebra print. The online picture looked like it was a light tan with black stripes, with patches of a darker brown color. I liked how it looked. What I got was a brown and black ottoman. It was not close to how it looked online.
I also had to contact their customer service to get shipping information. It was not provided at the time of order. I finally got shipping information a couple of weeks later, but they did not hesitate charging my credit card right away.
The order was sent with "free shipping." When I opened the box I was not happy and called the customer service. I wanted to return it but I didn't feel I should pay their restocking fees (20%!!) and the shipping since it was not like the product they advertised. In a nutshell and after going several rounds with them, they told me I had no choice. I would have to pay not only return shipping, but also the original "free shipping" as well as the 20% restocking fee. This $219.00 ottoman will cost me around half it's cost just to return it!
This is a royal rip-off. I would NOT recommend using this company at all. I have never had online retailers act this way when what I ordered was a mistake on their part. No questions asked. The best home retailer I have used is CSN stores. They have been nothing but professional and GREAT!"
"Extremely Poor Customer Service
I am a repeat iFurn customer (second purchase), and in the past have appreciated the company’s competitive pricing and free shipping. However, my recent purchase of the Klaussner Nikka Platform Bed from iFurn has turned into a never-ending customer service nightmare. The bed was out of stock for a full month before it was shipped, but i did not mind the wait because I believed that I was getting a fair price on a high-quality piece of furniture. I could have not been more wrong - I received a bed with an improperly finished piece and have been waiting for a replacement part FOR OVER ONE MONTH!
Two weeks after I called iFurn to request a replacement part, I received the wrong part – a piece of metal which does not even belong to the Nikka bed! It has been another two weeks since I called and reported that I received the wrong part, and my repeated calls to iFurn have resulted in nothing more than statements about sending e-mails to the manufacturer. I have been told repeatedly that all iFurn can do is send e-mails to Klaussner, and have also been told that Klaussner has been unresponsive to iFurn’s requests for a replacement part and that “there’s nothing” iFurn can do about it.
I purchased a mattress from a separate retailer weeks after my iFurn purchase, and have not been able to schedule delivery of the mattress because there is no bed on which to place the mattress! The mattress delivery company has been gracious enough to reschedule their delivery three times so far, but they’re running out of patience just as I am! I have communicated this situation to iFurn repeatedly, but their staff could not appear to care less about how their actions are impacting my life.
iFurn’s uncaring attitude has left me with a disassembled pile of wood and metal in my bedroom for over a month! Based on my experience with iFurn, none of these people care enough about my experience to pick up the phone and do something about the fact that I have purchased an item from them that I CANNOT USE! It is obviously too late for me to return this pile of junk to iFurn, and they therefore have nothing to lose by brushing off my repeated calls and e-mails. I have even called the manufacturer (Klaussner) directly, and was told that I must direct my requests through iFurn. It may indeed be the case that Klaussner has been unresponsive to iFurn, but iFurn could have made even the slightest effort to fight on their customer’s behalf to ensure that I got what I thought I was purchasing – a good quality, USABLE, bed.
This has been the most horrendous, frustrating customer service experience that I have ever had, and iFurn has lost a customer for life!And if the bed I purchased is any indication of Klaussner's manufacturing quality and customer service, this is the last purchase I will ever make of a Klaussner product. Both companies should be embarrassed by their handling of this order.

"I ordered on Sept. 9th, and on Sept. 20th, I was getting a little anxious about where my order was. I called up iFurn, after having emailed them and received a Mailer Daemon response (and noticing that my invoice did not come from an ifurn.com email address), and the person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and straight forward.
My item had shipped on the 13th, and she gave me the phone number and tracking number for the freight company.
The freight company told me they would set up an appointment with me, and that my item would be at the destination point Friday (the 21st). I waited for a call, but instead I heard the truck outside on the 21st and ran to greet him and receive my TV stand.
The box seemed a little banged up, but not a single thing inside was damaged. :) I am overall extremely pleased with the experience, and will purchase from iFurn again in the future, if at all possible.
Please do not be afraid to purchase from iFurn due to lack of reviews. I can say that they are most likely far, far better than csnstores, or any other shoddy-looking online shop. :)"

Their price was competitive & they didn't gouge on shipping/handling fees.
I was initially hesitant to shop from here because there weren't any reviews on the company. However, based on my recent experience with them I would definitely recommend them.

They are very dishonest and their manager is willing to damage the integrity of the firm to save a buck. If you really want to purchase the advertised furniture, I suggest you go directly to the companies web-site (i.e. O'Sullivan), but be careful. The information on some of the companies websites belong to ifurn so listen up when you call to order something. For future references, I know it isn't always feasible, but when you really need to purchase furniture you should check out your local neighborhood retailer.
