"Overall it has been a very satisfactory experience. We received the Armoire several days earlier than expected. We have unpacked the pieces from the box but have not yet assembled the item. The box was dented on the end fortunately though how the pieces were packed, obviously taking that kind of occurrence into account, the packing material was the only thing crushed. It appears so far that all pieces were delivered. I am happy with the appearance of the antique white and think it will serve the purpose that we intended it for which is to use as a clothing wardrobe in a bedroom."

"My bookcase/cabinet arrived promptly. The directions were clear, I was able to assemble it in a bit over 2 hours. Although chipboard and faux walnut laminate it looks pretty good."

"Furniture quality and value were great and bed was as depicted online. Only complaint is that website needs some "tweeking" with additional notes. Web said order processed but that was INCORRECT! Order couldn't be processed because website had incorrect item number on product. Estimated delivery dates on website were erroneous since order had never been fully processed. This wasn't discovered until I (the customer) called in to inquire about delivery. IFURN customer service researched the problem and reordered the item, which was promptly received. Other problem was FedEx delivery. Due to delay, furniture was going to arrive while out-of-town for a week. Called and coordinated a delayed delivery but they delivered it anyway and it sat on the front porch for several days! Luckily it didn't get rained on or stolen, but I wasn't a happy camper. Will I order again from IFURN - yes but I will check the process and confirm via phone call to ensure everything was handled correctly. Suggested improvement: Note on order that an email will be received with est delivery date and if it doesn't arrive within 3 business days, call in to confirm order."

" I always thought these reviews were set up in a way. You know, employees or friends of, writing them. Well this one is for real. I ordered from Roseanne @ iFurn. Whom was very polite, a kitchen nook made by Linon. I received it and a lot of the pieces had minor damage. You are putting it together from scratch, how could you miss the damaged pieces. I called Linon and got a recording that the fastest way for service was through email and this line wasn't available, Click. So I called iFurn and spoke with Laura who sent me a damage claim email while we were still on the phone. There were too many pieces damaged and I really wanted to talk versus email to solve this issue. I left that in the comments on the damage claim. Next day Dawn Baldridge called. She shipped me a new nook. It was lack of quality control on Linon's part and iFurn made up for it. Dawn and iFurn went above and beyond the duty of Excellent Customer Service. This company truly means business. Thanks Dawn and iFurn,

"Do not buy from this company, their customer service is horrible and they are censoring reviews. I purchase a Computer Desk from Osp-Designs-Furniture.com (which is owned by IFurn.com) 2 pieces were broken out of the box, after numerous emails back and forth with the manufacturer as well as them sending me the wrong replacement parts twice, they told me to contact the seller. IFurn has not responded to my emails. I have also written a review of the desk in question and they have no posted it, probably because it talks about the bad quality in the products they sell and their lack of customer service.


**Update** Finally heard back from Ifurn, they sent me a brand new desk and didn't even require me to send the old one back. Updating my rating slightly since they eventually ended up helping me.

"The desk I ordered ended up being on back order, but it did come in earlier than expected. A few of the pieces were broken when I got it, but I don't necessarily think that is iFurn's fault and the company that the desk was from promptly sent replacement parts. Over all I am fairly happy with iFurn and would probably buy from them again."
