"I have 2 pictures of 2 paintings by my deceased grandfather that I decided to transfer into canvas paintings so that we could enjoy them everyday.
My husband did the first one for me as a gift. Sadly, the pixels are so large that if you are within 3 feet it looks distorted. While I was thrilled by the gesture, but not with the quality and price, I decided to tackle the second one myself.
After reading all of the reviews, I placed an order with iCanvas with the photo and size that I wanted. I was quickly contacted by Erik who let me know that the quality of the picture would not be very good (so, pretty much like the one my husband purchased at the 'other' company). He then explained which size would be best and, once I agreed, adjusted the price. He explained further that since I had already paid, iCanvas would refund me the balance.
Shortly after this, I received the canvas of my grandfather's painting. WOW!!! The quality was fantastic!!! I didn't even care that it isn't the size that I wanted. I was thrilled!!!!
A couple of days later, I contacted customer support regarding the refund. Christine was thorough and professional. She gave me all the information that I needed to work with my credit card company regarding the refund.
So when my cc company had no record of a pending refund, I had all the information I needed to 'help' them.
Voila! Indeed iCanvas had refunded me asap as they promised they would.
Because I wanted to thank iCanvas, and in particular Erik and Christine, I contacted them yet again so I could leave a review. Matt G was more than kind to send me this link so I could share my story with others looking for quality canvas pictures instead of someone (is that the elephant in the room?) of just doing what you want even though the picture will not be right."

"We ordered a very large print and it came damaged. They quickly sent us another one that came creased from the middle support bar. Turns out they have a trick to hide the crease using ice that worked. Would have preferred it to come pristine but it appears to be something hard to avoid on a very large print that requires a middle support. "
