"We purchased a very large framed canvas Print and it was shipped very quickly , but when it arrived a few days later it was damaged in transit by the carrier. iCanvas Customer service (Cliff) responded very quickly to my email that documented the damages and made arrangements for a reorder to be processed and shipped to us at no cost. They were extremely responsive and kept us informed the entire time. The replacement picture showed up within a week and is perfect! Its well made and the quality of the printing is outstanding and its manufactured right here in USA cant get much better than that! The majority of iCanvas reviews are 5 star for a reason. They put the customer first and offer great products for a reasonable price. We have bought 2 pieces from them so far and both times they exceeded our expectations! a very satisfied customer"
"I purchased the Cognac Monnet poster as a framed canvas in matte black metal frame (26 x 40). The product far exceeded my expections. It was printed on a high-quality canvas, the frame is beautiful and the colors are vivid. Shipped very nicely and well protected.

"90 days ago I purchased a framed print for $110, which I loved but decided it was not big enough. I was going to purchase a larger framed canvas of the same print print which would cost me $237. In addition to that I was purchasing 3 other framed canvas prints for $388. I emailed customer service and told them I realized I was 30 days past the exchange period, and asked if they would accept a late return due to the fact I was going to replace it with a more expensive version and in addition, purchase the 3 other prints. After going back-and-forth a few times I was told no and they were willing to accept the cancelation of my order. I found it puzzling that they would not exchange a $110 purchase for a $625 purchase. I thought they might have offered a discount, but they didn't. "

They shipped quickly and were packaged very securely. The prints were absolutely beautiful.
