BEWARE RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE

"CRAZY RESTOCKING FEES AND EXTREMELY SHORT RETURN WINDOW THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THE RESTOCKING FEE IS MAYBE UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 30 DAYS FOR RETURNS ANY REPUTABLE BUSINESS WOULD HONOR 30 DAYS MINIMUM "

Complete joke for customer service

"A more flexible and customer-friendly return policy would not only enhance customer satisfaction but also contribute to the overall positive reputation of your company. By mistake, I ordered the incorrect part. Because I opened the box, you will not accept my return. When I say box, I am referring to the outer box that it was shipped in. The part and the packaging that it was shipped in is completely fine. That is completely ridiculous. I will not use the company again. "

"Even with my vin# and ordering off their schematic they sent the wrong part, so I went to my dealer. Now after three weeks, multiple emails and photographic proof they won’t issue a RMA. What a clip joint. Do not purchase anything from Honda Parts Now."

HORRIBLE COMPANY

"Order a part was told its will fits your car. Then they make you sign something so if the part doesn't work your out of your money, they will not take it back or exchange it for the right part. Costumer service say sell it on your own to get your money back even if you don't know what it fits. So please take your money some place else. Don't get Stuck like me."

Customer submitted an RMA Request on 03/18/2024 claiming he received wrong part. A photo request was sent to customer on 03/19/2024 to provide photos of the items and package so we can further assist with RMA. According to the provided photos, customer received the correct merchandise that he ordered from our website. Before the package was shipped, we emailed customer on 03/05/2024 that the part on his order is controlled part and it was non-returnable. Please refer to our return policy for more details:https://www.hondapartsnow.com/service/honda-help_center-returns_refunds-return_policy.html.Customer accepted it on 03/09/2024 and then the order was approved successfully. wrong parts in order, refused to send me the correct part

"My purchase (roof rack) came but missing one part. Hondapartsnow.com declined to send me the right part (I was outside of the 15day policy). Very unsatisfied. I would recommend finding another source for parts."

Returns are a hassle…..don’t be fooled. Declined!!

"Bought the wrong floor mats for my Honda. When they finally arrived, of course I opened package and tried to install in my car. They did not fit. Tried to return but was declined because package was opened!! How can I see if they fit without opening package? So now I am stuck with mats that don’t fit. Shop somewhere else. Terrible customer service and return policies "
