"I've had good luck with previous orders but this time the USPS triangle shipping tube did not have the ends taped shut appropriately. 2 of the 3 items on the order fell out of the box during shipping - one can see the gap where they slipped out. There was also no packing material of any kind to keep contents contained. I reached out by phone to a nice person that said an RMA agent from the company would respond in 24-48 hours. It would be better if I know what the process was to get this corrected - and why it will take so long to get this resolved. Seems likely this will take another 8-10 or ore days on top of the original 7 days. Better communication and better packing would have helped."

I just had a minor issue where I had to send an email to remind them about sending my order, and I asked a question about a part including a seal. They told me that it was not included, so I order it too, and surprise. It was included in the other part all along. Besides that, great option for us looking for parts in Mexico."
