"I want to send it back. I have to keep unscrewing the die to get the spring socket to fit onto it.
Ruined 24 caps/sprockets trying to make this work. There's nothing wrong with the stud and post portion.
Either the die is not working or the spring sprockets are not working.
I emailed customer service. They replied saying they would send me a ticket. By the time they replied, they could have sent the ticket.
Obviously this company is only interested in sales. Be wary."
