I'm here to write about a GearBest support system.

I have bought a Bluboo S1 on December and was getting amazing performance after 1 month then I start to get some adware that was annoying my currently use, I have contact the support and after a couple of tickets they have fix the problem with a firmware. After that (around week ago) my phone get low battery and then turn it of, I wet back home and put him on charge but no action from the phone, even after 2 hours on charge. I have contact the support and then provided me straight way compensation with answer saying the phone have no fix for this problem (I never had a bad use or any damaged to then phone) In this case the approach wasn't the best and now i see my self with no phone, no support and worst is the support claim that I have pass more then 45days so I have no right to refund. So whats happen with the warranty? What the purpose of have 1year warranty? I'm really upset and super sad with this company and I start to buy on Banggood with better support and solution to fix future problems."
