"I bought my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X through gearbest, it worked 3moths.
First it took them more 15 days then estimated just to send the phone.
When it stopped working, I wasted 1month in e-mails and tickets just to get the phone shipped to repair.
After, I waited almost a month to have it back!
And it cames back with a different problem!!
The only 2 solutions they offered are a nonsense but they say "Please kindly note that you have already used the item for several months."
I had to by a new phone already because I knew I couldn't rely on gearbest's costumer support.
Never again I will by something from them."

"I recently bought an optical wireless gaming mouse (with 6 buttons and the possibility to adjust DPI), the price was very attractive and probably the lowest I can found (at least the lowest I found in some well know website and stores in my country).
The mouse was well packed and arrived in 20 days, which is unexpected for an unregistered airmail (from other website it takes for me 35 to 45 days).
The quality of the mouse is surprisingly good, been using it for about 18 days now, nothing to complain about it. All the bouton are working fine, you can also adjust DPI (4 levels 1000, 1200, 1600, 2400). The mouse body is in plastic rigid enough for what it should be.
Great (First) experience whit Gearbest hopefully all the next will be the same.

The one thing that actually makes Gearbest stand out. Is the fact that the staff actually seem to know English and not just google translate or very broken attempt at English. "I would like to share with all of you my experience with Gearbest. I'm buying from this company since more than one year (3 cell phones and this time a laptop. I ordered the item on june 13 and after 2 days I was contacted from the support service to confirm the shipping address (probably because was different from the paypal address). They replied in 24h (via ticket) and confirmed the shipping to my address. I received the product in 1 week ( was a DHL shipping from an EU warehouse). I contacted a second time the support service to ask info about the tracking code, because was not active the first two days and, again, I received updates in 24h.

The 14 laptop was well packed and they also added an EU plug adapter ) also if not necessary.
pros:
- good product for 240 euro
- SSD memory is very fast (teclast brand)
- I really love the keyboard

- I installed office 365, Avira, GIMP, malwarebytes, foxit reader, Ccleaner and I have 83 GB free
- only 1.3 Kg

cons:
- I removed the screen protector and I found a matte display, so it seems that the glossy effect is due to the screen protector (at least in this version). I preferred a glossy screen
- audio quality 6.5/10
- webcam 6.5/10
- batteri could be better (4-5h with a general use. I never reached 6h)
- weak wifi
