Even though the first boots we ordered turned out to be not in stock the money was refunded promptly. The next boots were ordered on Thursday morning and we received them the next Monday, so 4 days. "Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a pair of running shoes which were too small. Sent them back for next size up. That was 2 months ago. Now I am trying to find what is happening. They do not respond to messages in the account, and now they will not even respond to emails. "Not had the best of luck with my parcels, have had two items sent out but not received any. One time saying it was left outside and second saying I received item with tracking and signature, but impossible as I was working and know one in. Asked for the signature and nothing came back, asked for money back and nothing. Been waiting since November and now had to escalate through PayPal to try get my money back. Never trust something you have never heard of through Facebook. "
