"Do not trust in this online shop, they charge you very easy and fast, but if you experience any problem, they really do not care. My order never arrived, and to ask for a refund is a nightmare.. it seems that they think is nice to give you one contact person, the next day an other one; email addresses that are incorrect etc etc. They will pretend that you become an expert in their internal procedures. instead of giving you a quick and clear answer. "Scammer! Purchased a bottle of body oil last month which never arrived. I regretted not reading the reviews here beforehand. They didn't bother providing a mean to track the progress of the postage, and never answered the enquiry I sent. Once they received my money, they just left me out in the cold. Never deal with Fruugo! I would give zero star if I could. And don't trust those 5 stars reviews. I read all of them and I believe that many of those reviewers were paid or given gifts to write those glowing reviews.
