"Outstanding! I was a bit apprehensive about buying prescription glasses online but decided to try it. The glasses actually came yesterday and the fit perfectly and no need for any revisions that I can see. I am not sure exactly how much I saved but I think it was substantial enough to to buy from them again. I had to make this purchase before the end of the year for my flex benefits at work and I had ordered a pair of glasses locally which didn't fill out my needs. Those glasses were ordered on Dec. 12 and I still have not gotten them."

"I was very hesitant to order frames from eyeglasses.com, for two reasons. #1 Because their prices seemed too good to be true (they were about 60% to 70% less than a local retailer). and #2 Because I know of another online eyeglass seller (from Canada) that (in my opinion) is an outright scam. But I took a chance with eyeglasses.com and was very pleasantly surprised. I paid for express shipping (which was only $5+ dollars) and my frames came in two business days. Brand new and exactly what I ordered. I am a very cautious internet shopper, and would encourage anyone to do their homework before ordering anything on-line. Give this company a call and talk to their sales people (like I did) to get a feel for them. I can't vouch for all of their customers, but I was very happy to have ordered from them and would order from them again. "

"I've ordered several pair of glasses from Eyeglass.com. The glasses are excellent. Customer service is excellent. The trade-off is cost for speed. You can pay for expedited shipping, but when it takes a week to 10 days to produce the glasses (in an era where glasses can be produced in an hour, albeit at a premium), this isn't that helpful. "
