"I bought a replacement monitor for my RV backup camera. It came without cables. When I reached out about it, the representative showed me where it said monitor only, but as this is a replacement piece for an entire system, I assumed that the cables to power the monitor would be included. I assumed incorrectly. They also directed me to a listing where they sell the cables, but they wanted over 40 dollars for a cable after taxes and shipping. I bought a replacement cord on eBay for under 7 dollars. The company then will annoy you with emails asking for a review. I finally had enough and decided to give them the review they deserve.
Tldr, items are sold without cables, probably significantly cheaper to look elsewhere."

"After I took my rear end apart and tried to install the hitch, I found out the bolts were too big for the holes. I called customer service and they said I had the right part number for my truck. So no help there, I went to the hardware store and discovered that my bolts were Metric. The bolts I received were SAE. I informed customer service. Again, no help. I know I'm not talking to trailer people, just some call center, and they say whatever the script tells them. Anyway, 23 dollars later I had the right bolts. I Got a bunch of shiny new bolts I can never use. How awesome is that?"
