totally unable to reach by phone and no emails returned....and when I tried to submit a message on their site to complain, it's now locked up and I can not access...
I too will be writing to the consumer protection people in Nevada, their bank Wells Fargo, Paypal, and the FTC. Is there a lawyer on here that wants to go after these folks with a class action suit?... if so, I'm in...I'm even happy to be the lead plaintiff... "
"Like most people I searched the internet getting quotes to sell my Iphone 5. Cashforlaptops had the highest offer at $263. I waited a while before sending the phone in. When I did send it in I checked the quote again and it went down to $207, which was still a decent offer. The phone was in very good condition and it worked. I received an email with an offer for $32. That's ridiculous to go from "up to $207" down to $32. This is a version of bait and switch. They bait you with the high online quote and then switch you to a lowball offer once the phone has been inspected. The email said that we will be depositing money into your Paypal account per the contractual agreement. I quickly searched the website for terms and conditions and found that i Must respond within 3 days to let them know that I refuse the offer and have the phone sent back to me.
I emailed them and was told that they don't respond to emails and that I would have to call. I have already called twice this morning and sat on hold both times for over 10 minutes before I get a recording that I called during their busy time and that I should call back later. Then I get disconnected.
Like most people, my suggestion is to stay as far away from this company as you can. You will never get what you are quoted."
"Don't you want something done about this? The reason they are still around is because nobody puts up a fight. Contact Sparks PD, contact the AG, complain to the BBB. Have you seen the complaints on BBB, over 900 in 3 years. Isn't it amazing how emails don't get sent from them? How all of the sudden passwords do not work? It is criminal what they are doing. We need to put a stop to it. The owner is worth millions because of us and other innocent victims. "
"Crooks! They offered my $172 for my laptop but only paid me $19! And there is nothing you can do. I used eCycleBest because they offered a few dollars more than the other resellers and I didn't check their reviews. Lesson learned! "

"I was quoted at 197$ for an iPhone, 5 32 gig and they tried to pay me out 15$. In the process of trying to get my phone back their customer service line you wait on hold if you get past the busy signal in 7 seconds. No one will email with you other than telling you to call in. "This is the worst company. I wish I had done more research. Now they have stolen my property and I cannot get them on the phone. I was promised $80 for my laptop (older model, but in good condition). Now they told my they would pay my $6. When I wrote back and called multiple times to tell them that is not acceptable and to mail back my device, I cannot reach anyone. I have called multiple times and written too. I have it in writing they would return my laptop if I was unsatisfied but I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a theft report with their local police department. This comp may should be ashamed of themselves. They are stealing from people."

"SCAM!!!! Don't do it. There customer service is horrible. I was told they would give me 150.00 for my iPhone which was in great condition. Mailed it to them and they at that time gave me 24.00. Tried to call and was kept on hold for 20 minutes, only to have the call disconnected on their end.
