No packing slip but was able to get the distributors label off the UPS label. One small part was missing (the plastic flap on the exhaust outlet, small but important-I'm glad I know what to look for)which is why I needed the #. Called the distributor and hope the part comes soon so I can try the unit out. I would be glad to post a more concise review when unit is complete. Also when posting a review they say all you need is your oreder# and date, they forgot to mention password!"

"eComfort.com was the only place online who carried the replacement lamp for my UV system. The bulb was drop shipped from Goodman. When I received the package they had sent the whole UV kit. Called eComfort and spoke with Renee and Anthony on what happened. Anthony was able to get permission to remove the bulb from the kit so I didn't have to wait for another bulb to be sent and Renee gave my my return label info to send the rest of the kit back. Great customer service and will be ordering from them again!"
