I called the toll free number immediately after placing the order, and was told that the order would be correct now that they knew that I wanted LP. Once the unit arrived I noticed that it was a Natural Gas unit rather than an LP unit. I called the toll free line again and had to order an LP conversion kit. I not only had to purchase the conversion kit for additional money, but I also had to delay installation plans with several sub-contractors"
