"I ordered a sports logo canopy tent for a neighborhood event. Online it said it would ship and arrive in two days, so I ordered it on a Monday. When the shipping date arrived with no follow-up shipping email, I contacted customer service. First time, I was told that it was a short delay and would go out the next day. When it didn't, I contacted customer service again, and got an extremely helpful customer service representative who explained that my particular canopy was actually not available at this time.
My customer service rep then went out of his way to look into options and contacted me back with an alternate more expensive canopy (nicer design, more tent coverage) and asked if I would be willing to take the nicer one at the same price. By now it was Thursday morning with my event on Saturday. I said I loved the nicer design, but was concerned that the shipping would never get here and offered to pay for expedited shipping. He said it was taken care of and I watched as my order was overnight delivered to me by Friday morning! It was a big success at our neighborhood tailgating event!
In today's society, it seems like Customer service is an afterthought, but I was extremely impressed with the customer service of eCanopy.com. I will absolutely go back to them for other purchases!"

Upon checking the canopy out I found it to be a high grade frame and decent cover and sidewalls. While this is a commercial show tent it is much heavier than those you find at the local home improvement stores. Looking for many years of service out of this one. "
"Ordering this portable garage was very easy on the website. I was amazed on how quickly it came. I read and re-read the instructions on assembly and laughed at the three hours it said it would take to build. The build was actually not hard at all. The hardest part was the first outside rib attaching to the first inside rib. After that it went together like a puzzle. It took my wife and I longer than the three hours the instuctions said it would take, but we got it done. And it looks great!
