"I wrote my first review of EBUYBATTERIES.COM with a unfavorable position, I did this because I was unhappy as a customer with having to pay to return a defective product and not being reimbursed for the total that I originally spent. I stated that I was not unhappy with the overall service nor the speed with which I received their shipment in the mail. I have been offered to be made whole for my original purchase price and to be reimbursed for the cost of the return to them. I feel this is a fair settlement under the circumstances. They continue to try and please I wish that they would consider changing their policy on returns concerning defective material. This could happen to anyone, stuff happens. If someone was returning an item to them because they had buyers remorse or if they had just changed their minds certainly they should be paid for their efforts, but not when the item originally ordered was indeed defective. "I ordered two netbook batteries, I received both quickly. One worked the other did not; after trying all the tricks to get it to charge I requested to return it. I received a replacement battery quickly and it worked. I had to press the issue to get my return shipping charges refunded, but in the end was refunded the return charges."

"I'm very pleased with the service on my order as well as the product. I ordered a replacement adapter for an Asus netbook. It was shipped the same day I ordered it and it arrived within a couple of days by Priority Mail. The price was very reasonable -- about half the cost of an OEM adapter. I also appreciate the fact that this seller's website clearly indicated that the adapter is a "3rd party generic replacement/not OEM" so there are no misunderstandings. Some sellers intentionally leave it vague or attempt to mislead. The adapter works perfectly and in fact, the power cord that connects the adapter to the computer is actually more durable than the original!
