They also cancelled my order as it was being sent to an address other than my billing address, said it was out of their control and did not immediately refund me or notify me that it had been cancelled. "I was very disappointed in ebuybatteries.com and will not do business with them again.I ordered a replacement power adapter cord for my Compaq computer on Thursday July 1st. I had a choice of standard shipping, expedited 2 day delivery or over night delivery. I chose the expedited 2 day delivery at a cost of $25.00 expecting the product to be delivered on Saturday within 3 days . On checking the tracking status with FedEx I was told I would not receive the package untill Tuesday July 6th by 4:30 pm . This is a total of 5 days after I made the order. I was told rather rudely by ebuybatteries.com that (Please note there is NO Saturday Delivery and FedEx will close on Monday due to July 4th holidays.
So you will receive the package on Tuesday 7/6/10).Why did ebuybatteries charge me $25.00 for 2 day delivery when they knew I would not get the package for 5 days. I asked Fedex if they deliver on Saturday my expected date and they do , but they said ebuyBatteries.com said to deliver the package on Tuesday July 6th. I emailed them a few times and was given the same answer.They expect you to give them a good rating but they don't give the service they said they would.
Being a business owner I know how important it is to reach out to your customers , in this case they did not. I had contacted them the July 2 plenty of time for them to expedite the delivery to Saturday and they never offered next day delivery to me .
