"Where do I start. I wish I would of read these review before hand. I purchased a very simple A line/tea length black dress that was suppose to have a "daffodil" which was yellow and I made sure to look over the color chart multiple times at each different fabric in that color to make sure that I ordered the proper color. I was surprised at how quickly it was made and shipped out and it happened to be delivered while I was out of town. Once I returned home and was able to get a good look at the dress I became very disappointed. The color of the sash was clearly not "daffodil" or yellow by any means. It looked more like a champagne/tan or a gold. I email them right away and they asked for pictures. I had taken two pictures. One in un natural lighting and one from natural light just to show how different it was under each light in case they tried to tell me under there lighting it was the proper color. Each time I had gotten a response from them it was a different person writing me. They decided that it was the correct color and will not refund nor exchange the item. So now I am stuck with a dress that is not correct at all for a wedding that's color's are black and yellow. I can not believe how terrible a companies customer service is and I hope that anyone in the future read reviews before buying online!!! I know I've learned my lesson the hard way and am not trying to sell the not right dress I have in hopes to buy a different one some where else to replace it! If all else fails I will be stuck buying the correct color fabric and trying to make it work.

Further more I want to add that each time I had received an email back it was from a different person. I did not talk to the same person more than once. How can you have a new person dealing with a problem each time! I just keep kicking myself for buying something over sea's! "
"I have never been one to complain, but this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. My friend had us order bridesmaid dresses from here for her wedding. The dresses online were black with a hot pink sash. One of them came back black with a light pink sash and the other came navy blue with a hot pink sash. Also one of the sashes came with the dress but was not sewn in. On my dress the hook in the back was missing, so I could not hook the dress at the top and the zipper would go down. I have been talking to them about the problem and they told me to buy a new hook and sew it in. I paid about $100 for the dress and they are telling me to fix their mistakes. On the sash that wasn't sewn in all they told me was that the dress was still beautiful and I could pin it to the dress. It says they will return if it is their fault but now are battling with me to keep $200 worth of dresses that we are not going to wear."

"Dress arrived with beading missing and at least one full size larger than ordered. Called the day we received the dress and had to send pictures of the missing beads. They wanted to give me 15% off the dress to cover the alterations and resewing of the beading. The top of the dress would need to be remade to fit my daughter. Now they have asked for me to take the measurements of the dress. I will write to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and our credit card company to inform them all of their SHADY business dealings. Save your money people!!! (N/A on question 9 because we haven't got that far yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a "poor" rating as well."

After waiting several weeks, we started to get worried she may not receive it on time. Customer Services told me not to worry. After sending another email two days later, they notified me that the dress was not done and will not be on time. The prom is TWO days away. Outrageous. Do not order from this company. There are more bad reviews than good ones, why take the chance if there are so many excellent companies online?"

"DO NOT purchase a dress from this company. I bought 7 bridesmaid dresses for a wedding. The dresses were delivered promptly and were well made but they were the wrong color and the sizes were all wrong. Most of them were more than 2 inches too small. I requested a full refund - their return policy states that they will refund in full AND pay for return shipping if it is their mistake. After taking pictures to show the wrong color, I had to send pictures to show the measurements. Instead of honoring their return policy they are trying to negotiate. First they offered to refund 15% to pay for tailoring. Then they offered to remake the dresses. Then they offered to refund 35% and let me keep the dresses, because it will cost too much money to return the dresses and they need to pay designers and their staff. They allow you to review their products but they won't post what you write. If this were a reputable company they would honor their own return policies without question. I have now exchanged 6 emails with them insisting that they honor their own return policies and they still have not complied. "

The quality of the dress is very poor. The rhinestones used on the dress were tacky. The bodice of the dress has swen in pads that buldge out of the top of the dress.. no idea why they have these pads..they seem out of place. You cannot return the dress if the reason is "you dont like it" So I am stuck with this ugly dress. I guess they have to have this in their return policy or they would be out of business. My recommendation is buy a dress at Walmart you would get a better quality. "
"A few women had recommended that I order my dress from dress-market.com and so after days and days of searching for my perfect dress I found this one! I kept thinking about it and looking at the pictures of it and decided to JUST GO FOR IT! I am so glad I did. I purchased the dress on the 30st of March and they arrived on the 20th of April. i requested delivery 10-20 days, so they came pretty quickly!! The package has a little damaged. But this does not matter.I feel pretty excited since it was my very first purchase from this site!I would definitely recommend this website, as it doesn't just sell funky clothes but any thing you could possible look for."
