Five Stars well deserved

"I was chatting with Ria online support agent who answered all my questions and was so super patient with me. This was my first experiencing ordering Furniture online so I had a lot of questions. When I had further questions to make sure my questions and concerns were met she put me on with her manager Victor who was just as accommodating to my needs. I hope delivery is just as smooth as customer service. "

Fast and very helpful

"Chatted online with support agent, Sean, who was very helpful and was able to provide me with a small additional discount ($25...every little bit helps) on a pair of Kincaid Hadleigh Queen Anne Arm Chairs I needed to complete my dining set. I've looked around online and Dining Rooms Outlet had the best price I've been able to find. I found used ones online that cost more than these did brand new! :)"

Not a Trustworthy Company

"Let me be clear: Delivery and Customer Service People were all incredibly nice; however, the company is not one I would ever order from. Run as FAR in the opposite direction as you can.

FIRST, they said their item was in stock, so we paid more money to order through them rather than the manufacturer so that we could receive the couch faster. One month later, they told us it was out of stock, so we would actually be receiving it LATER than we would have received it from the manufacturer.

Also, We had a hard time understanding the orientation of the sectional we ordered on the website, so we chatted with a person through the application on the website and got clarity. They told us the orientation that we needed to order. 3 months later, when we received our couch, it was of course the wrong orientation. We asked them to please correct the situation, and they said they would....for an additional 30%. So to correct their error, we needed to pay them a re-stocking fee.The only way they would humor us is if we had SCREEN SHOTS of the chat log from 3 months prior. That's right, you need to maintain evidence.

Terrible company.
