"Trying to order something online can be difficult at times, so this time I decided to call and get some information first then call it in. I'm hesitant to give my information over the phone, so I placed my order online after I spoke with their customer service representative. To my surprise, she was actually very knowledgeable on the price and product and the conversation was very enriching. She explained to me the difference between the old lamp and the new lamp and why Samsung made the change (If you're wondering, I'm referring to the big vs small lamp--the new, smaller ones last longer). So I placed my order late in the day on Friday expecting to get it next week. To my surprise, 10 minutes later I received a shipping confirmation and the next day the product arrives at my doorstep!
