"I came in the store to get me Sena Bluetooth re adjusted for placement and the guy didn’t bother removing the helmet inside to check the wiring or anything. He barely touched it and told me I would have to adjust it myself. I bought my wife Sena here and another gentlemen was nice enough to help me install it. This guy didn’t bother to help me and I was very disappointed with his effort. "

"I was told that my tires could be changed by a tech on a certain day. After arriving that day I was told something different by the same tech. If they would have just told me the truth from the beginning it wouldnt have been an issue but after driving out there and being told something different I will be going to auburn from now on."

"Bought a new helmet it fit fine at the store. Next day I rode my bike with the new helmet it gave a nasty headache. Took it back to store I returned i and gave me full price back. I wanted to try a helmet they did not have, so they ordered the one I wanted to try. After it came in it did not fit well. Ended up buying a different helmet. They went above and beyond to help me get the right fit . "

"I like this location. Good crew without much turnover. Had new tires mounted recently. Something wasn't quite right. I called them and they immediately asked me to bring them back in so that they could double check and rebalance the tires. I took them back in and they had it done in a hour. They were quick to fix a mistake."
"The staff was great and very friendly, however the guy who did my tires did not balance the front tire properly and i had a crazy vibration because of that. I had to go to a different shop pay another $30 to get my tire re-balanced. The back tire was dead on, maybe he just had a bad day. Also they could not find my tires for 2 days, they got mixed up in a different persons order. So that sucked to have by bike up on the jack for two extra days. "
