" The CG guys at Riverdale are friendly and accommodating, even let me take my newly mounted tires/rims home when I forgot my wallet. However with the usual two associates on duty, walk in and wait for a mount & balance is not recommended. Better to leave the rims and come back later as they can be busy. Also they do not have the adapter to balance BMW rear rims. I had them add balance beads I furnished instead. Inexpensive service, but you get what you pay for....

"This visit was tires. Not only nothing in stock in my size but ver limited options to even look at tread designs etc. Basically they did they did the same order I can do myself from home online and wait to have them shipped.
Then the military discount doesn't apply to tires, or apparently online orders. Staff was less than impressive. "

They are obviously under a lot of stress dealing with everything, but I appreciated all the work put in for my safety."

None of that mattered because they didn’t have a single boot in size 13. I did buy a pair of gloves, but they couldn’t get the security tag off. Didn’t instill much confidence. "
"I went in to get new tires. They service was great help and I believe they did a good job. I could tell they were busy but still made me a priority. I only wish they had told me up front about two hidden fees. That wasn’t cool although I was happy to pay them. Also as a side note, as I was walking around the store I noticed many of their items that were on sale actually weren’t on sale. They were just marked differently to make them appear cheaper. But they weren’t. This made me not want to buy anything else without price checking first. Sad to not be able to trust a store that way. If I cared about this more I would have given 4 stars, however, I can just buy online and not help my local store. Oh well. I really did like the service though so thanks!"
