"They are just an overpriced store that has some cycle equipment. They do not even do an oil change. They mount tires only if you bring them in off your bike. If you're going to be a cycle shop, how about doing maintenance as well. I paid a hundred bucks for a battery. I found the same thing on the internet for $45. A store set up with the premise that motorcyclists are easy to rip off."
"I was greeted upon arrival. Some bikers were getting advice on cold weather gear. A salesperson left the conversation to assist me in my purchase. He verified my needs and ensured the item purchased would meet my needs. "
"I do most of my shopping online, however, my wife found this location to be the closest to us geographically and she wanted to go check it out. We were promptly greeted once we entered the store and the salesman came right over and began answering questions for my wife. I meanwhile was looking around to see what the store had to offer. The selection was good but I soon realized that there were a handful of brands that had their products throughout the store. That’s when I began to realize that the products were centered around a certain couple of riding genres but not all conclusive. It didn’t take me long to cover the store and see all there was to offer. My wife, however took another hour to peruse through the clothing. I ended up buying her a vest that is of good quality but generic branding that I could have purchased cheaper online. Overall not a bad experience, but not good enough for me to make the drive back in the future. The store is just not diverse enough in the products they carry."

"Alpinestars wouldn’t warranty my 2 month old 500$ jacket. As a last resort I emailed cycle gear. They promptly responded and asked me to come into the store. Cody at cycle gear on mt Zion rd made it all Happen. They refunded my original purchase and we re-geared up right then and there and had me leaving feeling confident in the large purchase I had just made. You can save all the money you want elsewhere but who you gonna take it to and get that kind of customer service? No one. I’m buying all my gear from CG from here on out.
