"I purchased a jacket on line from Cycle Gear, went with the size I've always worn from this manufacturer, it was too small, while at the Cycle Gear store I mentioned it to the person mounting and balancing the tire I had sent to the store and he told me I could return it there. Great service, pre-ordered my next set of tires also from Cycle Gear and the mount and balance of the front tire has been perfect, low speed to Interstate speed and smooth as glass. Still trying to find a jacket that checks all my boxes and I'll order it through Cycle Gear also. Very happy with the entire experience. "

"Went to buy a helmet and gear, ended up only buying a helmet and gloves due to limited selection. Helmet did not come with a box, store clerk seemed to have difficulty finding the proper booklets and parts to accompany my purchase due to poor organisation. All Helmet literature is thrown in several boxes and it took ages for her to finally find the right one. Got home only to realize that my helmet should have come with a pinlock...have to drive 30+ miles back to the store at some point to get what should have been included. "
