"Every time I step foot in there, I get greeted with a warm welcome. I’m always approached by 2-3 workers asking me if I need help with something and as well introducing their name To reach them if I needed assistance. Nick, went above to help me find a glove my size from other stores and was patiently working with other stores persistently going beyond to help me with my needs. Nick, did not stop but was very polite with the other stores as they looked for him. Finally, after about almost 20 minutes. They found one. Very pleased on how customer service to me was demonstrated “number one”. Cycle Gear Decatur store rocks!!!"

"Bought a bluetooth system for my Helmet. The associate went out of his way and installed it in helmet, and made sure to, pair it to my cell. It was very appreciated. After a few weeks, the system didn't really work well for me. Another associate recommended an upgrade. Not only did he remove the previous one, he installed the new one, and paired it up as well!.
