"Went in for a bluetooth helmet but ended up purchasing a bluetooth unit to attach to my helmet. Got home which is an hour and half away and didn't open it for a day or two. When I opened it, it looked as it had been messed with. So I went online to look at the website and found that there were several pieces missing like the charging unit and cable along with the piece that sticks it to your helmet. Obviously someone had returned this unit and they stuck it back on the shelf without checking it out.
Followup: Went in to exchange it for a new one. Unit works great! Thanks for taking care of me!"
"Went to buy a battery for my 2014 FJR1300. The one they sold me was too tall and too thick. I made it fit because I was too angry to drive all the way back to cycle gear to exchange it. I made it work and had to be creative. The next day I went by the store & showed them the stock battery & compared it to the one they sold me. Invoice obviously not the same size. I let them know I won’t be back. Sometimes you only get one shot to get **** right. I’ll order from Amazon next time. "
