"I called and asked if they had 10wt fork oil in stock. They did, and said it would be waiting at the front door when I got there. Got there, gave them my CC and left. I appreciate that they are trying to keep the public safe, but wouldn't you know, as soon as I got home, I remembered I needed something else-- something I probably would have grabbed had I been allowed to browse the retail store as I normally do. Hope they 'open' soon."

"As a new rider that has join the community and wanted to get new gear. I recieved horrible customer service. Didnt get the help I needed felt rush and get me out of the way. Everytime a question was ask the associates or ask for advice on type of size in gear they just gave me a very bad vibe like they didnt want to be there to help me out or I felt they were getting annoyed with me as a customer. They were helpful to customer who knows what they want but when it came to me as a new rider. I was poorly miss treated. If I could I would rate this store as a zero or even worst as in deep in the negative. Never coming back to this store."

"I walked in bought a helmet, it was cleaned and lenses swapped by the manager. I was on my bike so the they held on to the spare parts which came with the helmet for me to pick up later ( they still had them when I came back). The professionalism, courtesy and hospitality nearly felt like a mom and pop shop which we all use to go to before corporations took over the sports we love. Thanks guys."
