"Bought a tire online from Revzilla and was offered a discount to have it installed at Cycle Gear. Called the Auburn location and they said I could bring it in without having to make an appointment. When I arrived, I was happy to see that they were taking the safety guidelines seriously in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2 employees were wearing masks, floor stickers indicating 6ft distances, hand sanitizer at the door and counter. A female employee helped me immediately and took my tire and happily confirmed that they do indeed honor the discount that Revzilla offered. I was told that it was about a day to 3 days turnaround before the tire would be finished, I got a call the next day informing me that the tire was ready. While I was there I purchased a Shorai charger for my lithium based batteries, I was happy to see that they had it in stock and for a reasonable price similar to what I’ve seen online. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this store but each time I’ve visited, my experience has always been a pleasant one. I will no doubt continue to shop here for my motorcycling needs in the future."
"Went with my boyfriend who was looking for a new riding jacket. My jacket was getting a little snug so I went to the women’s section to see if they had anything I might like for a good price. The sales woman asked if I needed any help. I never really want to say yes because I hate getting the pressure to buy. I just mentioned that I was just looking to see what they had in the way of lighter, summer weight jackets. She took me right to the section with the lightweight jackets and briefly gave me a few pros and cons with the ones they had there. She wasn’t high pressure and I felt like she genuinely was just trying to help. I did end up loving one and it was on a great sale. I always have a good experience here. "

After it arrived at home discovered there was much lint on the neck curtain. Lint roller cure that and like the helmet so much kept it."
